INTERESTED IN BECOMING A DEALER?
Thank you for your interest in Kudzu! We are happy to provide some brief information. Rents vary according to size, but generally range from $350-600/month, with a 10% sales commission. We handle all sales and sales taxes, and have no work requirement. We tend to give preference to experienced dealers, and like to see photos of examples of merchandise you intend to sell. Antique, vintage or re-purposed items must be a predominant portion of your product mix. Lease agreements are essentially month-to-month, although we do not do short term rentals and expect prospective dealers to make serious long term commitments. We do periodically have openings, but none currently available. The sooner you fill out an inquiry form (see link below), the sooner you have the opportunity to get on the waiting list.
